HOW IT WORKS
Please feel free to drop off items during our business hours. We are open seven days a week with the following schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please be advised that we are not always available to process purchases immediately for walk-in transactions. Instead, we will collect your items and process them within three business days. To facilitate this process, we will record your name, phone number, and the date the items were received. You will receive a text message with payment options—either cash or credit. Please select your preferred method, which will be processed upon your next visit. Note that credit does not expire. Items are evaluated and priced based on their age, condition, label, desirability, and current inventory. Please note that we cannot guarantee the acceptance of items. We do not accept fast fashion.
Due to limited storage space at Leo's, prolonged accumulation of client belongings can create a disorganized work environment. To avoid this, we request prompt responses to our communications. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will be unable to process the payment option. This policy helps minimize liability, prevent inventory loss or damage, and maintain an organized and efficient working environment at Leo's.
Items that we decide not to purchase will be held for up to one week. We can accommodate extensions to this holding period with prior communication. However, if no communication is received within the specified timeframe, the items will be donated to individuals in need.
